Work Karel Appel from private collection Anthony Quinn at PAN 2018

At the art and antiques fair PAN 2018 in the Rai complex in Amsterdam, Jaski Gallery presented some interesting works by Karel Appel, including ‘Head of a woman’ from 1978, an oil on paper on panel that belonged to the private collection of actor / artist Anthony Quinn for many years.

PAN Amsterdam was held from 18 to 25 November 2018. In addition to the paintings by Appel, we showed CoBrA works by, among others, Pierre Alechinsky, Corneille, Constant, Eugène Brands. We also showed works on paper by Kees van Bohemen and a Reinhoud sculpture.

From our contemporary artists we showed new works by Mark Ryden, Les Deux Garcons, Martijn Hesseling, Emilio Kruithof and Miguel Delie, and a selection from the series Monkey Portraits by Jill Greenberg.
