La Revanche C. Nine/Teen – Les Deux Garçons
Les Deux Garçons have been together for twenty years. To set the seal on this anniversary, the artistic duo has created a unique series of ten figures entitled ‘La Revanche C. Nine/Teen’, exclusively available via Jaski Gallery.
Superheroes like Luke Skywalker, Black Panther, Iron Man, Kylo Ren, Captain Marvel and Darth Vader were a source of inspiration for these hand-painted little sculptures, each of which has the stuffed head of a white mouse. The figures are presented in a plexiglass showcase of 34 x 23 x 18 cm.
‘This one-off series offers both hope and comfort,’ say Les Deux Garçons. ‘It’s been a difficult year, but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel. The superheroes radiate positivity. They reward you for hanging on in there and restore your faith in the future.’
